Throughout Canada, the USA and Europe, GDI Camps provide world-class programming on a local/regional basis. Designed for a progression of skill levels, these one-on-one training sessions are vital to the long-term growth of goaltenders. Training sessions for the first two skill levels (INT1 and ADV2) drive home the fundamental skills necessary for more sophisticated development. The third skill level (HP3) provides the highest-level instruction available on a regional basis and is designed for elite-level net minders. While GDI's cutting edge curriculums and development progressions form the anchor for our development process, 1-on-1 instruction allows net minders to receive added and targeted instruction to minimize weakness and maximize performance.
Sessions Include:
All lessons are 1-on-1 hour sessions with a GDI instructor 15 minutes of positional specific movements 45 minutes of technical & tactical coaching
