About RINK
RINK started out as an idea to improve hockey development for kids and junior players in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The founders saw an opportunity to open a private training facility focusing solely on hockey players.
RINK opened its doors on Lowson Crescent in the summer of 2009. RINK’s philosophy was created with the small ice for focused skill development and a unique approach to training. RINK Training Centre’s relocation to its new facility at 57 South Landing Drive in April 2019, with state-of-the-art facilities, provides RINK the enhanced ability to continue to provide the most innovative and professionally run programs.
Since RINK’s inception, the company has grown to be the leaders in training in Manitoba. RINK Training Centre has continued to raise the bar for setting the standard of excellence in service offering for athletes of all ages. The acquisition of RHA Kelowna (formerly Pursuit of Excellence) will allow us to build upon a comprehensive, existing program to grow and deliver our world-class experience to athletes of Kelowna.

Our Story
RINK Training Centre is a Winnipeg, Manitoba based company founded by local investors and hockey enthusiasts. The company owns and operates RINK Training Centre, Testify Performance, and RINK Hockey Academy (CSSHL) with locations in Winnipeg, MB and Kelowna, BC. The RINK Training Centre has long stood for a comprehensive approach to player development with a strong emphasis on the technical, psychological, and physiological dimensions of the game. Our team of dedicated professionals at the RINK are committed to helping our athletes grow from the player they are, to the player they are meant to be. Client Experience Coordinator
Location: RINK Training Centre, 57 South Landing Dr, Oak Bluff, MB R4G 0C4
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making every interaction count?
RINK Training Centre Winnipeg is looking for a highly organized, people-focused Client Experience Coordinator to take ownership of the client journey—from first contact through ongoing engagement—and ensure every touchpoint reflects excellence. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a seamless, high-quality client experience. You’ll coordinate operations, support front-line teams, and continuously improve how we serve our clients—helping build strong relationships, loyalty, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
Client Experience Leadership
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Ensure a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality experience across all client touchpoints
- Coordinate onboarding to set clients up for success from day one
- Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee scheduling, service flow, check-ins, and client communications
- Ensure billing, payments, credits, and refunds are handled accurately and professionally
- Maintain accurate client records, scheduling systems, and CRM data
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements to client-facing processes
- Track and report on client experience metrics (including satisfaction/NPS)
- Support retention, engagement, and loyalty initiatives
Team Support
- Coach and support front-line staff in delivering exceptional service
- Help foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Assist with staff scheduling and payroll reporting
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of client service experience
- A passion for creating outstanding client experiences
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with client management systems
- Experience in recreation, sport, or community programming environments
- Post-secondary education in Recreation Management, Community Development, or related field

RINK Goalie Development - Head Coach

Power Skating Head Coach - WPG
RINK Training Centre

RINK Training Centre Winnipeg is seeking a Power Skating Head Coach to lead the development and delivery of high‑performance skating programs rooted in figure skating fundamentals and built for athletes who want to move better, faster, and more efficiently.
This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about edge quality, body control, and skating efficiency, and who thrives in an environment that blends technical excellence with athlete progression and innovation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how EDGE Skating is delivered, while working hands‑on with athletes across skill levels.
What You’ll Do:
On‑Ice Coaching & Athlete Development
- Lead and support EDGE Skating sessions across multiple skill levels
- Deliver precise technical instruction focused on:
- Edge control
- Skating mechanics
- Body alignment and efficiency
- Ensure coaching consistency and methodological alignment across sessions
- Collaborate with athletes and parents to support individualized development plans
Program Oversight & Internal Processes
- Ensure EDGE programs align with RINK coaching and training standards
- Support curriculum development and session planning
- Monitor athlete progression and program effectiveness

What You Bring to the Role:
Skills & Coaching Expertise
- Ability to lead a skater‑centered, high‑performance coaching model grounded in sport science
- Strong background in figure skating fundamentals, edge quality, and skating mechanics
- Proven ability to innovate while prioritizing athlete experience and development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
- Strong organizational skills to support smooth program delivery
- Confidence using digital coaching tools, video analysis, and Microsoft Office 365
Education, Certification & Experience
- Figure skating background required
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience, with a strong focus on edge quality and skating skills
- Experience working with hockey or ringette players considered an asset
- Respect in Sport (RIS)
- Skate Canada NCCP Coaching Certification (not required)
Hourly Range: $27.00-35.00
Hours: Variable (days, evenings, weekends)
Commitment: ~10–15 hours per week | ~5–10 sessions weekly

Assist all athletes in a clear and concise manner in understanding the expectations of being a student athlete inclusive of assisting in the overall progress, discipline and direction of each athlete

Assist the Head Coach in developing a yearly team schedule with all other divisions of the RINK Development team

Assist in the development a yearly training plan (YTP) for your team

Assist in the development and implementation of Technical, Tactical and Systems plan for your team
