Development - Power Skating
The Development Power Skating Program is designed to challenge each skater to the best of their abilities. This program concentrates on body position both forwards and backwards. Precisely focusing on forwards and backwards stride, crossovers and transitions. The Power Skating Program allows for instantaneous instruction and direction from our professional on-ice player development coaches.

Development - Shooting
The Shooting Program is designed to provide skaters with fundamental knowledge of proper shooting mechanics. This program begins with the basics, working on passing techniques and accuracy. Progressing skaters quickly into technical applications of proper puck preparation and weight transfer leading to faster and more accurate shots. Keeping players engaged, our professional on-ice player development coaches will challenge skaters to learn how to shoot off both their inside and outside leg. This program allocates skaters to have the puck on their stick throughout the entirety of the program.

Development - Puck Control
The Development Puck Control Program is designed to develop skaters’ abilities to control the puck in a variety of game-like circumstances. This program creates confidence in skaters’ abilities to control their stick properly through learning about stick etiquette: full control of their top and bottom hands, puck control at top speed, and creativity with both their skating and stickhandling technique. The Puck Control program takes a focused approach on fundamental progressions and repetition to ensure players develop good habits.

Development - Skating & Skills
The Skating and Skills Program is designed to develop great habits through the proper techniques. On-ice, skaters will focus on balance and body position for a variety of techniques. While mastering puck control, skaters will learn to give and receive passes both stationary and in-motion. This program focuses on a well-rounded approach to the skater’s skill development.

Development - 3 on 3
Here at the RINK you are always involved in the play and shifts are short to keep the pace of the game up. This game will allow for you to:
- Develop faster reaction time
- Work to improve your skills
- Learn to play in confined spaces
- Play around the net both offensively and defensively
- Develop more confidence with the puck
- Get a cardiovascular work-out
Players will be signed up as individuals and 2 teams will be made each week. Teams will be rotated weekly, with pinnies to differentiate teams so players play with all players in the 3 vs 3 program.
Players will receive a RINK Jersey which they keep after the program. We will require players to bring this jersey each week to help split up teams.
