This summer, at the RINK Training Centre, train over an extended period by simply breaking up the full day camp into half days. Come for skill specific on-ice sessions, challenging dryland and team building sessions to allow for you to learn about why you are doing things. There is no time wasted in these half-day camps, as we are here to help you get better in the preparation for your best season yet. We have half days (1 skill) OR full days (2 skills) available depending on the week, to allow players to continue to progress leading up to tryouts. This gives the option for a longer, more consistent and intense training program that will continue to challenge players to improve.
